About Us

Based in San Francisco, Oomble is focused on one thing and one thing only - making it drop-dead easy for you to deliver your own multimedia content (photos, images, songs, video) to your cell phone.  Through our innovative and intuitive user interface, you'll never have to upload your content yet again to another online service just to get it to your cell phone.  We want Oomble to be your mobile base station on the web and when you sign up for a free account with us, you'll get access to a variety of services to easily drag and drop your own personal content (photos, songs, videos, notes, maps, email attachments, etc.) into your own cell phone regardless of whether the content is stored on your desktop or somewhere on the web.  You'll have your own personal mobile (WAP) page that you can access through your cell phone browser that keeps track of all the content that you manage through Oomble.

Oomble further empowers you to become a mobile content producer.  With all the great new technologies that make up Web 2.0, everyone has a presence on the web today, whether its through your Flickr photos, your Facebook profile, your MySpace page, or your own e-commerce business.  We believe that the photos, images, songs, podcasts and videos that you share with the web community should be made easily accessible on the cell phone.  Whether in the form of cell phone wallpapers and screensavers or ringtones, songs and video, Oomble provides you the ability to deliver to your visitors' cell phones what you have already posted on the web without doing anything other than putting a link on your site.  Your visitors will then have the option to drag and drop media content that they see on your site into their cell phones through Oomble and you'll have the option to charge for it, if you want (and tell us where to send your checks!).  Oomblize your site today!

We built Oomble to be as easy and intuitive as possible so we'd love your feedback on how to make it even better and what you'd like to see as we continue to develop and offer new features. Feel free to read and comment at our blog or email us at comments@oomble.com. We hope you like it!
